Terms of Service

1. Operator and service

The Service automates preparation and publishing of content to YouTube/Meta/TikTok via official APIs.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the web platform for content automation and publishing.
- “User” means a person using the Service and granting access to accounts.
- “Content” means materials processed or published via the Service.
3. Account and access
You create an account and grant OAuth access to your social accounts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
- do not violate platform rules (YouTube/Meta/TikTok);
- do not upload illegal content;
- do not interfere with the Service operations.
5. Content and rights
You confirm you have the rights to publish the content and assume responsibility for it. We do not verify rights.
You grant the Service a non‑exclusive license to process content solely to provide the Service (generation, editing, publishing).
6. Pricing and payments
The Service may be provided free of charge at the moment. If pricing is introduced, terms and fees will be published separately.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for losses due to platform actions or third-party issues.
8. Age restriction
The Service is intended for users 18+.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the Service and request data deletion via email: martsinyuk.pl@gmail.com.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version is effective upon publication on this page.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and if unresolved — in court at the Operator’s place of registration.
